1. Purpose of This Website
This website provides general information about The Wholeness Practice, its services, and how to make contact. Website content is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for individualized assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice.
2. No Therapist–Client Relationship Through Website Use
Visiting this website, submitting a contact form, sending an email, or booking a free 15-minute introductory call does not, by itself, establish a therapist–client relationship.
A professional relationship begins only after the practice has determined that services are appropriate, required intake and consent steps have been completed, and the arrangement for services has been confirmed.
3. Introductory Calls and Scheduling
The practice uses Calendly to schedule free 15-minute introductory calls. These calls are intended to provide an opportunity to ask general questions and determine whether the practice may be a suitable fit.
An introductory call is not a substitute for therapy, crisis assessment, or emergencyservices. Booking a call does not guarantee that the practice will be able to accept a person for treatment.
Scheduling information may be processed by Calendly under its applicable terms and privacy policy.
4. No Emergency or Crisis Service
The website, contact form, email, and introductory-call booking service are not monitored as emergency or crisis services.
If you are in immediate danger or believe you may harm yourself or someone else, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. In the United States, you may call or text 988 for crisis support.
Do not rely on a website message or email to obtain urgent assistance.
5. Appropriate Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.
You should not submit extensive sensitive clinical information through public website forms or ordinary email.
6. Privacy
Use of the website is also subject to the practice's Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes the categories of information that may be collected and how website and administrative information may be handled.
The website Privacy Policy does not replace clinical consent forms, professional confidentiality obligations, or a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices if one is legally required.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may link to or use third-party services, including Calendly and other technology providers. Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices. The practice does not control all aspects of third-party services.
The practice uses Jane for clinical records and telehealth.

Unless otherwise indicated, website content is provided by or for The Wholeness Practice and is intended for personal, noncommercial informational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without appropriate permission, except as allowed by law.

The practice makes reasonable efforts to maintain useful and accurate website information but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every item of website content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated as the website or practice changes. The revised terms will be posted on the website with an updated effective date.
