Oh, hi! I'm Isabella.

I'm a marriage and family therapist, a classic anxious high achiever, and someone who knows firsthand what it's like to live a fraction of the life you're meant for.

My approach is lovingly direct, deeply collaborative, and rooted in the belief that you're capable of so much more than your anxiety, old patterns, or past experiences might have you believing.

more about me

Yes! I offer in-person therapy in Monroe, Connecticut, as well as virtual sessions. If you're interested in meeting virtually, reach out and we can confirm whether I'm able to work with you based on your location.

Sessions are $175, and I don't currently accept insurance. I accept payment by cash, check, or credit card.

Think of it as a chance for us to get to know each other! You can tell me a little about what's bringing you to therapy, ask questions about my approach, and get a feel for whether working together might be a good fit.

No pressure to commit. Just a conversation!

Simply fill out the contact form above, and I'll follow up with you via email to coordinate our call.

Absolutely not!

Spirituality, meditation, and nervous system practices are important parts of my own life and work, but that doesn't mean they have to be part of yours.

Therapy with me is collaborative. We'll explore the approaches and tools that make sense for you, your beliefs, and your goals.

That's exactly why I offer a free intro call!

Finding the right therapist is a really personal process, and I want you to feel comfortable and confident in whoever you choose to work with.

If we discover we're not the right fit, that's completely okay.

My approach is active, collaborative, and solution-focused. I don't believe therapy should be about sitting in a room talking about the same things week after week without working toward meaningful change.

We'll talk about your goals, what you're hoping to work through, and what a realistic path forward might look like for you. The frequency and length of therapy will depend on your individual needs and the work we're doing together.
